Carolina Auto Spa Charity & Donation Programs

Carolina Auto Spa’s philanthropic donations are focused on local organizations within the communities where we operate.   We target groups that support children, education, and veterans, and local religious organizations of all denominations.

Carolina Auto Spa has three options for non-profit fundraising:

1) Car Wash Gift Certificates

2) Carolina Auto Spa Charity Fundraising Systems

3) Cash Donations

Car Wash Gift Certificates

Carolina Auto Spa will provide gift certificates for local organizations in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina area that are holding silent auctions or organizations that want to provide incentive to volunteers with small rewards such as a $20 car wash gift certificate.

Carolina Auto Spa Charity Fundraising System

Our most innovative and profitable fundraising tool for local charities is ourfundraising system. In this system, charitable organizations may obtain Carolina Auto Spa gift certificates at a 50% discount and then sell them to their supporters at face value. The charity is not required to prepay for the gift cards – they just reimburse Carolina Auto Spa for 50% of total sales at the end of their fundraiser. For example, an organization may order 10 Auto Spa gift certificates at $20 each and sell them at face value, collecting $200. At the end of their fundraiser, the group pays $100 to Carolina Auto Spa and keeps the other $100 as profit.

This program replaces the need for inconvenient, environmentally damaging and often illegal charity car washes. The program also affords the opportunity to achieve much higher fundraising goals because it is not restricted to a specific day or location.   Supporters of your organization benefit since they will have the flexibility to wash their vehicles at their own convenience, and not just at the appointed time of your car wash fundraiser.   Further, supporters may apply the face value of the gift certificate to any wash, express detail or detail service at one or both of our car wash locations.

Again, the charity is not required to prepay for the gift cards so cash flow is easy to manage for the group leader.   Customized gift cards are available if an organization wishes to display its logo or other information on the front of the prepaid card.    Please note that customized fundraising cards require at least 60 days advance notice and minimum purchase restrictions apply.

Cash Donations

Carolina Auto Spa will respond to your request within 7 business days.
